Lillie Maximo is a construction cost consultant. She has estimated $4 billion & 10+ years in commercial construction in every context: GC, Sub, Consultant, Testifying Expert. She is a Certified General Contractor in the beautiful State of Florida and certified WBE in Orange County, FL & City of Orlando. Lillie looks at construction costs in all phases of facility project lifecycle: early program budgeting, design development estimates, hard bid preparation and bid leveling, change management, litigation & insurance claims. In the states Lillie supports the following: themed entertainment, hospitality, developers, education, municipalities, expert testimony and consulting expert. In the Caribbean, Lillie prepares self-perform trade contractor bids for drywall & metal frame, carpentry, acoustical, doors & hardware, electrical, concrete.
